Please fill out the form below to submit your application for residency. Then return to the home page after completing your application to pay the application fee ($50 for single residents, $70 for double) with an additional administration fee of $35.00 (one time fee). You can pay online by clicking the button on the bottom right side, you will be redirected to a payment site called ZEGO. Application fee & administration fee must be paid prior to running the application.

Please note, The Reserves of Thomas Glen is a pet friendly community with a strict pet policy (weight limitations, breed restrictions, limit of 2 pets per apartment, enforced leash law and picking up after pets).

We require a $200 deposit per pet(refundable), a one time $200 pet fee (nonrefundable) and $25 per pet monthly fee. We also use a program called Poo Prints, this provides yours dogs DNA and a charge is applied for anyone that doesn’t clean up after their pets. There is a non-refundable $60.00 charge per dog for the cheek swabs that are required for this program.

WE DO ACCEPT SERVICE ANIMALS AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS WITH THE PROPER DOCUMENTATION. 

PURSUANT TO KRS 383.085, IT IS A MISDEMEANOR, PUNISHABLE WITH UP TO A $1000.00 FINE TO MISREPRESENT THE NEED FOR AN ASSISTANT ANIMAL.

Security deposit is equal to one month’s market rent if approved.
